I am living a healthy life. I have lost almost 10 - 12 kg in 5 months.
If you want to live a healthy life you can follow some simple rules. If you make some simple rules for your life you can definitely achieve you want.
Follow the below rules or make your own.
1. Say I can.
2. Get up early. (Difficult?? Try, you can wake up early)
3. Drink warm water with lemon or honey or both.
4. Walk for 30-60 minutes.
5. Do Yoga, Surya Namaskar. Surya Namaskar is very good, You can skip all other exercise, if you can do 5-10 sets of Surya Namaskar.
6. Do some exercise for 15-30 minutes. You can choose your exercise.
7. Drink a lot of water.
8. Eat More. Yes, more!!! But in breakfast. Take a heavy breakfast. Not too heavy, or that will make you unhealthy.
9. Lunch have 2 - 3 chapaties/Tacos with green vegitables, or Non Veg.
10. Take a light Dinner.
11. Don't skip any meal. You can do fasting once in a week.
12. Eat one banana every morning, 4 days in a week. But in the morning.
13 Stop eating Ghee / Butter for 4 - 5 months. Then you can eat but lesser.
This can help you loos your weight & stay healthy.
